I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t expecting much, but this came out really tender and stayed juicy. Definitely made me second-guess my usual loyalty a bit.

I was expecting it to be fresher, so I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t meet what I hoped for. I feel like an apology would be fair here

As someone who only makes turkey a couple times a year, I was hoping the instructions would be super straightforward. They were okay overall, and the turkey turned out fine, but a few parts had me second-guessing the timing. I ended up checking a couple other sites just to feel sure I wasn’t messing it up. Not a bad guide, just could be a bit clearer for people like me who aren’t exactly turkey experts.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few pages can feel kinda slow on my phone, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of cooking. But overall??? I still trust Butterball, and I’d keep buying from them for the big meals.

I had an issue with my turkey order and ended up having to contact support. To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. It just took longer than I expected, and at first it felt like I was getting the usual polished support replies instead of someone actually looking into it. Once it got moving, it was fine. Not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying. I’d probably give them another try, but I wouldn’t expect everything to be super smooth.

I really appreciate that Butterball makes the nutrition info and ingredients easy to find. I’ve been trying to keep an eye on sodium and protein, so it’s nice not having to stand there digging around forever. The labels are straightforward and easy to compare, which makes shopping a little less annoying. I guess some packaging can still feel a bit busy at first glance, but that’s probably just me being picky. Overall, really helpful and definitely 5 stars from me

We had a Butterball turkey for dinner and it turned out way better than I expected. It had a good flavor, wasn’t dry or bland, and pretty much everyone went back for seconds. I weirdly remember my uncle standing there with the carving knife in one hand and a purple oven mitt on the other, saying it smelled like Thanksgiving even though it wasn’t. I’d definitely buy it again.
